Does Associated Inc. offer installation?

Yes, we have many excellent Sub-contractors for installation of all types of floorcovering. All quotes and bids for jobs will be given by our sales team.

Does Associated Inc. have samples for me to check out to show my clients?

We offer loose samples in our Designer's Showroom, available for check out to associates with open accounts. If a particular sample is checked out, one can be delivered direct or to the client with a small shipping charge. If a rush is required, the associate must provide a valid UPS or FedEx number.

Can I call in my order over the phone?

You may place your orders by telephone if you have an account with Associated Inc. However, before the order can be completed, we need two things A signed purchase order or signed Associated Inc. Quote Form Full payment at the time you place your order. The payment can be placed over the phone, using a major credit card to expedite the order process. If you do not have a current account, a sales associated will provide one via e-mail, fax or mail.

Can I put material on hold?

Most manufactures provide material holds up to a maximum of 24 hours. After that, the hold is automatically removed and the material will be sold to the next customer.
